Steps to Enrolment

  • Interviews for Prep and Year 7 commence in Term 1 of the year prior to your son or daughters start year. All applicants for Prep and Year 7 will be invited to attend an interview, subject to receipt of your application by the end of the Term 1 in the year prior to commencement.
  • Interviews for late applications and applications received for all other Year Levels will be prioritized on the basis of available positions and consistent with the College Enrolment Policy. We will contact you, to invite your family for an interview at this time. Due to the volume of applications received by the College, it is important to note that not all applications will progress to the interview stage.
  • Following a successful interview process, you will be offered a place at the College or placed on a waitlist. If we are able to offer your child placement, we will forward to you a formal letter of offer that will include Confirmation of Enrolment documentation for your completion and return along with the requested Enrolment deposit.
  • Your acceptance of the offered position is only considered complete on receipt of the Enrolment Deposit and signed Confirmation of Enrolment documentation within the specified time. This deposit ($200.00 per student) will be credited to the family account in the first term of the student’s commencement. However, it is non-refundable if the student subsequently does not commence at the College.

During the interview phase of the enrolment process, each applicant is assessed on a range of criteria. The Interviewer provides detailed feedback to the Principal on each of the criteria and the applicant’s overall suitability for enrolment at the College. The decision to offer a place to the applicant; or to offer a place on the waitlist; or to decline an enrolment application is made on the combination of feedback from the interviewer, the enrolment information and certification provided and on the basis of available places in the Year level at the College.

In the event that a position does not become available for your child within 12 months of being offered placement on the Waiting List, a condition of the College Enrolment Policy requires a Revision of Information Supplied form to be submitted along with copies of two most recent academic reports. Receipt of these documents will reaffirm your wish to remain on the waitlist and to ensure all information remains current.
