Venue Hire
All Saints' Theatre Hire
To hire out the St Andrew's Catholic College's All Saints' Theatre please complete the below form and email to St Andrew's Catholic College's Operations Manager: mjennings1@cns.catholic.edu.au
The All Saints' Theatre offers tiered auditorium seating for up to 667 people and is fully air-conditioned throughout, providing a comfortable environment for a wide range of events.
It features a large theatrical stage area, although access to change room facilities is limited.
Guests are welcomed through a spacious dedicated foyer, complete with a small bar and food service area, which can be opened to provide access to an outdoor deck overlooking the College oval and surrounding gardens.
Ample on-site parking is available within the College grounds, and the theatre is equipped with amenities including disabled facilities and accessible building access.
Additional equipment such as trestle tables, chairs, partitions, and a whiteboard can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
Please note that air conditioning, power consumption and cleaning charges also apply.

Performing Arts Studios
$50.00/hour | $250.00/day
- Dance/Drama studio configuration with large open dance studio and wall to wall mirrors on one side of the room
- The studio is fitted with theatrical lighting
- The studio has sprung wooden floors and hirers must not wear shoes into this space
- Access to amenities nearing the room or studio that is being hired are available as a part of this fee
- Airconditioned.
Multipurpose (O Block) Undercover Area
$40.00/hour | $200.00/day
- Access to a large open undercover area
- Undercover Full Size Basketball Court available for use or suitable for sporting practices / games or activities
- Excellent lighting facilities at night
- Above Court Fixed Stadium Seating available for use
- The main playing space is not air-conditioned but has large fans and natural ventilation
- Toilets are also located in O Block
Multipurpose (K Block) Undercover Area
$30.00/hour | $150.00/day
- Access to a large open undercover area
- Undercover Half Size Basketball Court available for use or suitable for sporting practices/activities;
- Excellent lighting facilities at night;
- Access to amenities nearing the undercover area that is being hired is available as a part of this fee.
College Oval Hire
(* does not include the Redlynch Community Sports Facility)
$30.00/hour | $150.00/day | Oval Lighting - $24.00/hour
- 1 full-size playing field
- 1 outdoor basketball court
- 2 outdoor cricket pitches
- Sporting facilities such as long jump pit, hammer throw netting, and facility and discus facilities
- Hirers need to provide their own equipment
- Access to amenities and change room facilities are available upon request
- It is noted that maintenance of the playing field takes place during the calendar year, and accordingly, there are times when the playing fields will not be available for hire.
