These Action Research Professional Learning Teams (PLT), are utilising current educational literature and College data to discover best practice and implement evidence in action to improve student learning and wellbeing at the College. Currently, these teams are meeting every three weeks to establish team norms, unpack their focus group topic and set SMART goals. This in an ongoing process of job-embedded professional learning that will result in a variety of outcomes for staff and students.
The development of the Professional learning Community (PLC) at the College will bring positive impact on the learning and wellbeing of staff and students. We firmly believe that our parents and students are part of our learning journey. Therefore, we envision that opportunities will exist for parents and students to collaborate and provide a voice on topics our PLTs are researching.
