ROAD CLOSURE - MAJOR DISRUPTION - MOUNT SHERIDAN / EDMONTON

Please be advised that the Bruce Highway is closed in both directions between Foster Rd, Mount Sheridan and Mill Road Edmonton due to a suspicious device and may be closed for some time. Traffic is already backed up to the point of not being able to get off the highway to go on the overpass.

The Department of Main Roads and Transport is unable to give an indication of how long this situation will remain. It may also interfere with close of business peak hour traffic.
